Programmes for teachers

In 2006, the Centre of Clermont-Fd - Theix introduced an educational programme in partnership with the Education Authority of Clermont-Fd.

• Some researchers (from the Plant Breeding and Health Unit) proposed an update on research in plant genomics, with exchanges and laboratory visits, for biology and science teachers. About forty teachers participated.

• Other educational activities on specialized subjects such as human nutrition, climatic change and functioning of trees will be organized every year. These activites will also be proposed to teachers from agricultural colleges.
