INRA has an important role in the research aspect of this programme,
via the Meat Pole. The aim of "InnoViandes" is to make the meat
industry more competitive. The units of the
Clermont-Fd - Theix Centre involved in this pole are the following:
Animal Product Quality, Herbivores, Human Nutrition, Microbiology,
Animal Molecular Genetics, Breeding Economy.
Pole of competitiveness: "Innovation in Cereals"
